Really,I am Baptist, and all Baptist churches I know, believe in being born again!
Being Born again = being BAPTIZED according to Orthodox Church.Baptism is one of the 7 SACRAMENTS.No one can take part in any Orthodox Sacrament unless he is baptized.
So Orthodox church believe in this , being born again by water & spirit.

(John 1:12,13)

Busani, I am reading the King James version, the one that was compiled and printed by my church so, without my church which does not believe in a separate work of grace, you would not have a Bible to read.

Lawrence, I consider the fact that you don't know what this "separate work of grace" is a good thing and illustrates my point perfectly that Baptists do not believe in this theology. Baptists believe, for the most part, that baptism is an outward sign of the inward acceptance of salvation through Christ's death.
This idea of being saved belongs only to those groups of Christians who we generally call fundamentalist, evangelical, born again Christians. They believe that, when a person believes in Christ as their savior, they go through some sort of radical transformation and receive the gifts of the spirit, much like the flames of fire on the day of Pentecost. They do not believe that a person can accept Christ without these outward signs which they also believe they can see and measure. For them, there is no such thing as being born in the church, believing in Christ all of their lives, and being baptised. One thing I can never understand about them is why they bother to teach children any religion at all and yet they have large sunday schools and youth groups.

according to the understanding of the early Christians (1st, 2nd and 3rd century Christians) born of water and Spirit is baptism and brought about at the time of baptism. This is what I believe, the Orthodox belief
