If Christianity is so great, why are there so few Christians

By Christian, I mean true Christian, not the fake part-time meaning people assign to us.

because the spiritual activites are not simply doing with out the grace of GOD so .if the God grace can't touch ur life there is not possible christianity throuth yoour age

Yea only a small flock brother only a small flock of true believers.
Simply because so many fall into self will and the doctrines and beliefs of men.Following a counterfeit form of Christianity..which the devil rules over..unto the continued deceit of men who fail to Come learn of the true Christ,of his truth and righteousness.
Only God knows who we are Marked by our deeds,following his will alone.

Heavenly Father,son and Holy Spirit are GREAT!

Religion is the greatest enemy to the truth. So many gullibly believe religion can save them. Mankind, all of us, were born into spiritual darkness. It's only when the Holy Spirit opens our spiritual eyes to the truth, and we repent, and receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour are we born spiritually into the family of God, and into His spiritual kingdom of light.
Remember that Jesus said that the WAY is NARROW, and few there would be to find it.
Only by the grace of God do any of us see the Light and come to salvation by faith in Christ.
It's all of grace from beginning to the end. God bless you all

I have 2 reasons y too few people are true christians:
1. Those who do not know the way (christians or not) see bad examples (including people who think rituals and lot of rules are the key in being a man of God)
2. Those who do not want to work with themselfs, and love how they live.

HAs it ever been presented by default that sometimes what we think we hear and what is really heard gives us the absolute truth?

Does it ever seem like the impossibility of human flesh like ours directed by OUr HEavenly Father, to dwell on this earth, through the Power of the Holy SPirit, could decide to live free of sin and then die for all mankind?

COuld this word CHRISTian determine where we shall spend eternity or the Truth of the matter; that we find grace and mercy in the forgiveness of our sins by accepting Jesus into our hearts through the simple confession of His Name upon our lips?

Ponder these thoughts with me.

An old man sauntered up to the Pearly Gates and greeted Jesus. Jesus asked him what he accomplished on earth. The old man humbly shook his head and responded, "Well, my life was not anything special, I was only a carpenter. But I had a very special son. Sadly, I lost him."
Jesus nodded, "YOu lost your son? Can you tell me about him?"
"Well," the old man began, "he had holes in his hands and feet..."
JEsus gulped, leaned forwrd, and solemnly whispered, "Father?"
THe old man peered at JEsus seriously and whispered back, "Pinnochio?"

consider the parable of the sower and its explanation in Matthew 13:1-23 (Luke :

1. persecution,

2. the worries of this life,

3. deceitfulness of wealth/riches and

4. pleasures

choke out the seeds planted. Apart from getting snatched up by Satan immediately...

Amen brother,and for true believers and followers.
Persecution only makes us grow stronger in God...this is what happens...we do not bow down to evil.
Yea !! We do not worry,we are NOT to WORRY about the things concerning this life..we had all our problems over to God alone and he deals with them...and helps us overcome them by his Grace and his will.

Jesus told us to let go of every part of wealth of this world...make sure we STORE up our Treasure in God who is in Heaven...he holds them for us and will Rewards us GREATLY once we succeed to do his will and OVERCOME!!

FLeshly pleasures sure does hold back mankind from seeking to do God's will for they fall into their own lusts and desires instead of seeking after God and his heaven like treasures beyond measure.
Fleshly Pleasures Cannot make us Eternally happy,that's not where true happiness reside.Neither can it take away pain and death.

Many are indeed Choked by the weeds which are planted around them..they fail to Push forward and COme up towards the Light..The Light which gives them strength and life to Grow unto God's Perfection.
Satan walks around this earth looking and searching for all those weak in spirit far from the Light and life of their God.

This is truth!!!!Listen and WAKE UP!!!STOP SLEEPWALKING AND BEING SQUEEZED BY THE WEEDS (THE EVIL SEEDS/pLANTS) OF THIS WORLD.

A great passage ed. Think of the weeds choking out the growth of modern believers in our age - TV, internet, music industry, entertainment industry,fashion industry, sex industry, etc, etc.. Satan and the worldly system will do all in their powers from making us grow in the knowledge of our Lord. God is showing me more and more the evil behind all of these things that will be judged during the end times. We're having a good Bible study on Revelation with Michelle and Eden in another group. God bless you and keep in His Word, memorizing it, meditating upon it, transforming our minds with His Word (Romans 12:2).

However if your speakin bout the true Christians living a lifestyle of worship thenn i guess you can say it's not as large a number. I think it's because the devil is seeking worshippers also that he may kill, steel and to destroy as the bible says,.. it's a battle out there and it's either your on God's side or on the devil's. No inbetween... Ppl just fail to realize that. And that's watt i think is one of the main problems.

think of this: how do kids get to learn to lie, and start doing evil at an early age, even when they are being taught otherwise??
we live in a world where ppl are eliminated for doing good, and propagating good.
thats why Christ mandated us to preach the gospel and win souls, cos He's aware of this.
Irrespective of that, Christianity remains GREAT! cos its Divinity at work in Humanity, this is what the world has been waiting to experience. If ur a Christian today, be glad, cos ur Secure, ur Divine, Ur a Super person! the more u practise ur (this) life, the better u get. And most of all, God Cherishes , and cant do without u.
