Puede una mujer ser pastora? (Spanish)

si creo queuna mujer puede ser pastora? ( Can a Woman Be a Pastor?)

Many say no as it is in the NT for women to keep silent in the churches and to be in subjection to her husband and to ask questions at home. I, for one, believe now, that being in the last days when God pours out His Spirit on ALL flesh, will use a woman to pastor.

God alone looks upon the heart and since we are under the dispensation of Grace and NOT the law, women CAN pastor. I was saved in a church where a woman was pastor. She had a fire for the things of Jesus. She come under alot of persecution.

But, why wouldn`t a woman, who is diciplined according to the Word, seeking, fasting and given to much prayer, be able to do things for the Lord too? They say that a woman cannot be over a man. If it is done in the right way, there should be no problem. This pastor hade a male overseer. When there was a problem, he was the next one to be called.
