The Holy Spirit can always point us in the right direction if we but ask and pray. There are no limits to what Jesus can do. It is helpful when a victim can remember their assailant so well. Now we have DNA testing. This assilant will be found, it will just take a bit of time. Mt heart goes out to the victim(s). They will be in my prayers. Sketch artists are a major help if they don`t have photographs that match.
